Whitby RUFC has a successful Cricket section which plays in the Esk Valley Evening League Division 1. Home games are played at the Turnbull Ground, Upgang Lane home of Whitby CC. Since it's re-launch 11 years ago the club has won the League on five occasions, previously winning twice in the 1980's. The side is a good mix of young and old, anyone wanting to give it a go can contact the club on 601752.
